By using ScenePulse Method and enrolling in classes, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or have verified parental consent for youth programs.

3. Accounts

• Keep your login secure and accurate.
• Notify us of unauthorized use immediately.

4. Classes and schedules

We may adjust instructors or dates to maintain quality. We aim to notify you promptly of any changes.

5. Payments and refunds

• Tuition is due at enrollment unless a payment plan is arranged.
• Refunds: full within 7 days before start; partial once class begins, pro-rated at our discretion.
• We do not charge late fees for payment plans; missed payments pause participation.

6. Conduct

Maintain a respectful room: punctuality, confidentiality, and care for partners. We can remove anyone who disrupts or harasses without refund.

7. Intellectual property

Materials we provide are for your use only. Recording classes requires written permission.

8. Disclaimers

We provide training; we do not guarantee roles, agents, or employment outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected class.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end access for violations. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws.
